With the planned software release on August 11th, support for the Android 5 Operating System will be discontinued. A new security library will be deployed that implements the built-in Android Keystore System for compartmentalized secure storage of sensitive user credential data following modern standardized best practices. This library will not be backward compatible with Android 5 and users with devices running that version of the operating system will need to use the mobile web version of the member app as a workaround. Customers with more than a handful of users affected will be communicated with directly with additional details and change management planning. Mobile apps in scope include the Android versions of the Dynamic Signal App, DySi Open, as well as all Custom Mobile Apps.
