Monitoring - Service has been restored and all communities are available. For this latest occurrence we have identified the process which was running caused the issue and this has since been disabled. Checkouts have been successful.

Investigating - Creating this incident to track an issue that has arisen during iOS 15 beta testing on older app versions. Apple has made a change to how the codesigning works for iOS mobile apps, that results in any apps in scope of this incident loading with the following error:

[APPNAME] Needs to be Updated
The developer of this app needs to update it to work with this version of iOS

Customers on app versions earlier than 21.12.0 should reach out to DySi support if they have not already been contacted, by doing the following:
1. Navigate to https://support.dynamicsignal.com
2. Select "How can we help you" in the upper right
3. Enter "I need to update our CMA to an iOS 15 compatible version" in the pop-over widget
4. Select "no" to the offered solution
5. Select "Contact Support" button and fill in the ticket form details

Resolved - This issue has been resolved and missing images are now being displayed on both the Manager and Member apps. Resolved - This incident has now been mitigated for most Communities, by rerouting traffic away from the affected third party provider. This was able to be done in software for some of the communities and physical interface changes for others at the data center. Marking incident as resolved and all effected components to fully operational.

Update - We have not received any further information at this time regarding service restoration by the thir party provider and have dispatched our own engineers on site to see if there is any way to bypass the upstream provider.

Update - We have confirmation from the colocation provider at the primary US datacenter that the third party network operator has provided an ETA of 11:30 AM PT to correct the routing problem.

Update - Scope for this issue seems to include all voicestorm hosted domains, and any custom URLs that are CNAMEd to their voicestorm host equivalents, rather than pointing directly to BGP routable IP. A single ISP seems to be having routing issues that is upstream from the Dynamic Signal platform itself. Increasing severity based on revised scope.

Monitoring - Reducing incident severity. There appears to be a widerspread Internet issue that is also affecting the platform monitoring tool. There may be some end users who are sporadically having difficulty accessing the service, so keeping at degraded performance until we have a fuller understanding of scope and root cause.
