We are planning to release a patch to address the platform incident https://dynamicsignal.statuspage.io/incidents/dwfmgf5xh6x1 related to the the inability of managers to refine broadcast recipients by custom group. Impact will be similar to a normal release; with 60 seconds to 2 minutes of service unavailability per community as the new software is loaded.
